QUESTION
I am writing to you from New York, to thank you for the wonderful "Musings" sections on your website, which I've enjoyed reading little by little whenever I have the time; I especially appreciated your description of the Hermit past life regression! 

My question is whether you have any tips for performing one's own Vision Quest or Past Life regression -- is it possible, or safe, to embark on such a quest alone, without a guide? 

You've outlined the basic components for "getting on the Spiritual Internet" (in your Spiritual Healing Principles article), but most of your case histories are about individuals whom you've guided through the process (not "do it yourselfers", like me). 

I have a strong desire to develop more spiritually, to help others, and to write fiction. In the past 4 years, since my mother's death, my psychic abilities have developed quickly -- I've become a Tarot reader, am working with crystals, learning astrology, experiencing sporadic interactions with spirit entities, etc.…. 

I would like to open up more, go deeper, and develop my gifts and abilities. However, I have strong reservations about charging (or being charged) for spiritual guidance. 

I realize that the question of money is a very personal issue, and I respect other "Light Workers" positions when it comes to making a living, being compensated for their time, knowledge and energy, etc. But personally, I perform Tarot readings on a donation basis, because I feel that the question of $ interferes with the clarity of my vision, and it also seems discriminatory to refuse to help someone if they can't pay -- as if only people who are well-off can receive spiritual guidance. 

This brings me back to the question of being my own guide, since I don't currently have the means to pay someone to help me, and would probably have an issue doing so even if I could afford it.  Any advice, insights, or thoughts on this question would be highly appreciated! With all due sincere respect!

The role of the light worker has not been defined by tradition in the Western world because it is a new phenomenon.  Traditionally in western Christianity we have the role of the pastor, the monk, the exorcist, the saint and the psychologist.  These people are in a loose sense the respectable healers.  Most of them do not cover the much wider spectrum of services provided by the modern light worker. The pastor, monk and exorcist all get supported by institutional religious organizations and do not have to worry about any income, but the institution will ask for contributions in general. The psychologist charges by the hour.  So nothing here is for free though it is considered spiritual. 

There is another group of light workers in Western tradition, but they are not considered respectable. They are treated in a way like prostitutes, a lot of people would takes their services, but rarely admit to it, because it is in a way considered shameful and definitely non Christian.  

Actually the Christian Church murdered and tortured a lot of them in the past.  All in the name of the love of Christ and the pope has not even apologized for it yet. This sleazy lot of light workers were the gypsy, wise woman, witch, astrologer and magician.  Most of these people were either paid for the freelance work or traded in chickens and eggs, so to say, by the poor.  Some of them had regular occupations that guaranteed survival, and some were full time pros. They probably helped out their friends and those in dire need for free, but their time and effort was generally rewarded with more than with mere sweet words.

In India yogis or sadhus are fed for the asking or even without asking, though they are expected to live very ascetic.  Great respect is given to them and I had my feet touched or kissed many times as a sign of veneration and respect.  Traditionally, if you wanted to learn from a guru you had to render years of service to him, to finally gain his secret knowledge.

If you go to some priest, who is mostly supported by the temple, you better give a good donation to get his blessings or have him perform a puja for you.  Otherwise you do the praying for yourself.  So also here there are no freebees. 

As per the shamans in tribal societies, they probably hunted and gathered for them selves when they could. They were surely supported by the tribal members for services rendered and time spent on ceremony instead of getting food.  You would give a blanket, food or gathered fire wood to show your appreciation. 

Without a shaman the tribe was without guidance from the spirit world or without a healer and that was considered dangerous.  Of course there were also spiritual sister- and brotherhoods that could fulfill some of these rolls, but in general traditional people somehow supported their light workers. 

Of course times have changed.  In the modern world one needs a car, insurance, living quarters, food from a store, etc.  In short, there is a monthly overhead of money to be raised or one becomes homeless.  Most people have to work 8 hours a day to make ends meet.  And giving a blanket or a leg of venison to your local healer will not do. This being said lets consider different scenarios: 

Let us assume I work 8 hours a day to bring home the proverbial vegetarian bacon.  You come to me and want my help lets say for 2 hours.  You want my time for free because it is spiritual and should be given freely to a stranger.  Is that is what you think? 

In no tradition spiritual gifts are given for free, so where does this idea come from, that a light worker should give freebees?  I will have to take 2 hours away from my son, my garden, my physical exercises, meditation and my other routines like cooking, cleaning or recreation.  

But you are not the only one.  Most people have serious problems und unnecessary suffering and they are poor and I could help them.  How much time should I take from my family away to serve strangers?  Do you expect me and my family to turn my household into a monastery, living on the bare minimum of life, so that we can help you? 

Also by the same logic, do you expect a car mechanic to get your car fixed for free just because you are poor and will suffer a lot without a car?  Maybe you could do my laundry or mow the lawn and clean the house, but a just exchange of energy seems to be the fair thing to do.  Otherwise you are a beggar asking for free handouts of time, energy and expertise from strangers without performing any austerities yourself.  

The system has always been one of a fair energy exchange and one of practical respect given for services rendered.  And because in most cases we cannot barter money is being used. 

You may say: “Wolfgang, God has given you a gift and you are charging me as much as a car mechanic.  Are you trying to make easy money off me?”  Fair question: 

First of all, I gave up a very well respected, paid and rewarding material career for my spiritual gifts.  I was voluntary celibate and meditated 2 to 4 hours a day for 12 years.  I slept on a hard stone floor with a $2 straw mat for 6 years and worked for free (Karma yoga) at a time when other people make a career and pay their house mortgage off. Now I have hardly any retirement funds for my old age and do work very humble jobs due to missing time.  I fasted from food and water, did sleep deprivations and performed all kinds of austerities that brought me to my present level of understanding. 

Even if I get paid it is probably not enough. 
   - Too many times my family got attacked by dark forces, because I interfered with their plans. 
   - Most of the time I have to feel my client’s misery before it is transformed and healed.  And believe me, this is very unpleasant. 
   - Sometimes I feel like a plumber being arm deep in people’s emotional poop.
   - On occasion I absorb people’s pain and have to carry and transmute it for days or weeks before it is gone. 
   - I carry my client’s issues around with me as if they were my children’s.  So I spend more time on the job, than what I am being paid for.
   - Also this work takes a lot of life force, limiting me to 2 sessions a day.   

Of course it is extremely rewarding to permanently change the life of my clients for the better.  There is a lot of love flowing through me and huge amounts of energy.  There is the support of the Universe in every healing or teaching. And of course I feel compassion for people, having experienced a wide variety of suffering myself.  That is why I try to give to the world as much as I can.  My spiritual musings are my attempt to gift the world.  Momentarily I am working on free videos so people can try to help themselves through guided meditations, but that will never come close to a personal session for many reasons.   

I can only make a cookie cutter guided meditation. Follow a certain pattern, point you in the right direction, but I cannot address specific issues as they come up.  Some issues can be dealt with in a blanket way, but there are so many possibilities with most issues that they cannot be all addressed.  

Lets say your biggest trauma comes from a past life where you where tortured by the inquisition.  So you find yourself in a past life getting poked and singed.  How do you deal with that?  Would you see or look for draconian demons implanting you with all kinds of cordings while you are wide open due to the traumatization?  Even if you see it, what would you do about it?  Would you have the presence of mind to ask your spirit guides or Jesus or other divinities for help and advice?  Would you even know what to ask for?  Do you know how to clear implants?  Would you keep a clear head or turn into a sobbing piece of misery?  Can you switch from intuition to rational thought while in an altered state?  Do you know what to do if your Kundalini goes off? 

After receiving my first past life regression I ventured out, experimented and walked many paths by myself.  It still is very difficult for me, even after many years of mental discipline, yogic training and vast metaphysical studies to look at my own stuff.  It is easier to see the splinter in someone else’s eyes than the beam in your own.  You will have to overcome avoidance behavior, personal bias, and inexperience.  Yes, you can do it alone, but it is like reinventing the wheel. It is much easier with a guide.  

My advice for you is: save enough money for a 1 ½ hour session.  I will work with you on a discount, but I have been burned on donations.  I will show you how to talk to your guides, sub-personalities, how your higher self feels like, how to deal with trauma and how to channel love.  Once you have experienced the basics (initiation) you can invoke protection, guidance, etc. and start exploring by yourself.  That is what I did.

When I wrote you my 1st e-mail, asking for tips, I wrestled with the decision of whether or not to mention the whole monetary issue; I was afraid of opening that can of worms! But in the end I felt it was necessary to "go there", in order to explain why I wanted to embark on a solitary spiritual journey in the 1st place. I really, really did NOT want to make it seem like I was asking for a freebie; if anything, one of my faults is an excessive sense of pride, especially when it comes to someone else dealing with my spiritual poop, as you put it.  

Yes, you can use my e-mail on your site to discuss the payment questions it has brought up, with one condition: writer to writer, I am asking that you cover this issue in a balanced way. Even though I've chosen not to work in the journalism industry, I have a BA in Print Journalism from USC, and this educational background has left a strong imprint on me both as an individual, and a writer. One of the 1st lessons we learned in journalism school, was the concept of balanced reporting; we were always expected to fairly present both sides of a story or issue, even if we personally didn't agree with one of them.  

As I read about your background, I was struck by what a rich, rewarding journey you've been on -- all the interesting places you've seen, and wonderful people you must have met along the way! In a sense, the journey can be seen as its own destination, its own reward. And my questions to you, which I'd love to see explored on your site, are: 

   - When you left the "regular" job, trading it for an unconventional path of spiritual exploration, did you ever suspect that you were, in a sense, giving up financial security? 

   - If someone had told you then, in the beginning, that the spiritual journey was not likely to be a financially rewarding course -- though it was obviously extremely rich in other ways -- would this condition have altered your path?

   - Does fate or karma ever compensate you in other, unexpected, ways? 

In preparing to write this message, I worried about how to respond to this "monetary compensation" issue, and so I did a small Tarot spread, asking the question: 

How should I respond to the discussion I've started with Wolfgang, regarding donations versus payment for spiritual aid?
I used the Tarot of Prague deck, and drew the following 3 cards: 

8 Swords, Tower, Hermit

What immediately jumped out at me in this spread, is that the Hermit is turning away from the trauma and chaos of the preceding 2 cards. This is reinforced elementally, since the Hermit's Earth element in ill-dignified, compared to the preceding Air & Fire. If we think of the Hermit archetype as encompassing, for example, Jesus Christ or Buddha consciousness, the idea of them turning AWAY from those in need is simply incomprehensible! 

Thank you for explaining to me why it is necessary to have a helper, or guide, for the type of spiritual purification & growth that I desire. Again, my sense of pride would shudder at the thought that I "owe" someone, that I am indebted. If your offer to guide me still stands, please know that I would not forget this debt, and would compensate you as soon as I could.

As a card reader you deal with other peoples spiritual poop too. Our roles could be reversed, so nothing personal here.  During my time at the new age store I have never seen any readers making good money.  They were more like priests and priestesses having to live very austerely to make their services available.  Most readers were exactly that in their past lives.  But they had to struggle.  Was that due to old poverty vows that were still having an effect or was it that institutional religion had replaced their services with kooky cutter solutions? Is the modern light worker the equivalent of the mom and pop store that gets ruined by the Walmart religion? 

Personally my desire to help people got me into a lot of trouble, when I tried to help people that were not ready to hear.  I had to learn the hard way to discern who was ready and on what level.  So I was never out for money to begin with.  I actually found it most rewarding when I became an instrument for spirit.  Wisdom would flow from my mouth and I could transmit all the energy and love that was needed, as long as I came from the heart and not the mind or ego. 

I also observed that every time I helped in an unconditional way I got rewarded with gifts which came in the form of spiritual revelations, magical moments or material things that gave me great satisfaction.  Of course there is always bliss right at the time of coming from the heart.  This rarefied love I experience at those moments is the morphine that makes it bearable for me to feel the pain of my fellow human when they descend into the dark pits of human trauma to recognize and release it.  Those field trips into the underworld would not be possible without the protection of love. 

Through deep suffering the shaman/healer/light worker is forced to find ways of healing to get relief, liberation, mukti.  The seeker learns to heal himself, therefore can help others and receives further healing, while healing others.  That is also one of the spiritual rewards.  That is the whole idea with Mahayana Buddhism compared to Nihayana.  Those Tibetan monks are bliss boys compared to the Sri Lanka monks, I have seen them both, haha. ( I am generalizing) 

It is good that you feel pride and not wanting to owe anything.  If you feel guilty for not respecting the gifts you received, your payment would be much greater, not just mere dollars. You would pay by loving yourself less and cutting yourself off the love of others, because you would feel unworthy of love.  Feeling guilty is a sin because it separates one from the love of God.  I am not talking from dogma here but from direct experience, having seen so many lifetimes of my clients, having seen the horrifying effect of guilt, how it turns us into victims.  

Did I represent the other side sufficiently now?

I have to admit that I never paid for the spiritual guidance I received in cash.  I always felt entitled to free lessons because I gave it out for free whenever Spirit guided me.  Nowadays I bless people that I cannot pay in cash.  I ask volunteer angels, that work under unconditional love, to help them follow their heart and make their path a joyful adventure for the highest good, in divine harmony, with the most benevolent outcomes. 

Please understand:  Blessings for the highest good, in divine harmony with the most benevolent outcomes may be more worth than money, they cost you less dollars, you pay with sincere emotions and a focussed mind, and the regulatory oversight is manged by your conscience...........

What happened at the world trade center is hitting at one of the core issues that I have been working with for a while. 

Lets talk about anger. In my world anger is a certain type of energy, just like love. This energy can be send through space and time and keeps on going till it is neutralized by forgiveness and love. Being angry floods our body with toxins and shuts down our immune system.  

Being angry burdens our liver, which is one of our major detoxification organs. Interestingly enough, a bad liver or an imbalanced liver meridian will influence us to be more angry or grouchy, lashing out on impulse. Anybody knowledgeable in traditional Chinese medicine will very this.

Anger generally generates more anger unless it is met as said before with forgiveness and love. Anger has pretty much the opposite effect of love. Love nurtures and is a cure. Anger creates disharmony and ultimately destroys its target. 

Anger comes to us through our family traditions. It can start right in the womb of the mother. The unborn is merged emotionally with its mother. If the mother is angry a lot, the child most likely will carry the same anger.  

If the parents yell at or beat their children chances are that the kids will either grow angry and very resentful or become broken, thinking it is all their fault, which is a form of anger directed at the self.

Unfortunately in our parental traditions love is seen as a reward for good behavior. This is a very sad misconception. Love is the healer. Love is our inborn right, not a reward to be traded for pleasant behavior. Yet love and anger are traditionally used as the carrot and stick of behavior modification. 

Anger and violence are closely connected. People store more and more anger in their liver till it comes to a breaking point where the energy is being discharged in a violent act. Angry people fight more. Angry fathers that abuse their children create children that will be angry and tend to beat their children in turn. These traditions of tough love have been going on for many generations. They are an integral part of an imbalanced patriachical society. 

Anger and resentment can built over long periods of time. Bickering and over lording parents for example can create a rebellious child over time. Physical abuse only speeds up the process. Do you think that to bully a child into your idea of desired behavior will yield good results in the long run?  

We males have a fascination with fighting. It excites us talking about it. But I cannot forget when a friend, who witnessed a lot of street fights, told me that all the big street fighters that hurt a lot of people where all living in miserable conditions. He said hurting peoples bodies is very bad karma. 

Actually it is bad karma in several ways. Lets assume person A and B have a confrontation in a dark back alley.  A breaks B's knee to win the fight. A thinks he won the fight and the story is over. Probably not ... Every time B's knee hurts he will most likely send thoughts of anger to A. Lets say B lives for 40 more years and his knee deteriorates. B will probably project his anger and frustration unto A for the rest of his live, every time he thinks about the fight or the knee hurts. 

This will have a strong accumulative effect on person A. Thought forms travel to the person they are directed at and will affect that person, depending on the clarity and intensity of the thought forms. Curses and blessings work on the same principle. 

So please think about it.  When you get angry you hurt yourself by not feeling good, by creating toxins in your body and you hurt the one that you are angry at. Try to raise your vibration, which helps you get out of your reptile brain, and maybe pray to the angels to help you find a higher perspective to your problem. 

For the person that does inner work it is recommended to release old stuck anger that is still lingering from this or past life times. I do not recommend that for moral, but practical reasons. You will just feel al lot better once the anger is released, less angry of course and less toxic. Love is easier to receive or send and one feels lighter. Of course the re3lationship with the person that we were angry will also improve.

I have seen old couples that hated each other, they were green with toxins. It is understandable that in the course of a long marriage quite a lot of frustration and anger can accumulate. If not released it will poison the relationship. So letting go of anger is nothing more than psychological or spiritual hygiene.

How to let go of anger?
There are many ways this can be done, here some simple ways:

1- Call on your spiritual support team according to your belief system. That could be God, Jesus, Mother May, Buddha, your spirit guides, your angels, your high self, to name e a few.

Say: "Dear  . . . I ask for your loving presence for the purpose of releasing anger. "

2- Say: " I ask that everything I ask for will only manifest if it is for: the highest good, in divine harmony, with the most benevolent outcomes."

3- Say: " I ask that any stuck emotions in the category of anger from past and this life please be released now, as there is no more need for me carry them around."

4- Say: "First I release all blocks and opposition in me that prevent the release of these stuck anger emotions. Please find all, remove all and clear all and continue till finished. Thank you."

5- Be still till no more energy flow is being perceived. Or just wait for 30 seconds give or take. Smile.

6- Say: "I ask that any stuck emotions in the category of anger from past and this life please be released now, as there is no more need for me carry them around. Please find all, remove all and clear all and continue till finished. Thank you."

7- Be still till no more energy flow is being perceived. Or just wait for 30 seconds give or take. Smile.

8- Try to remember the situation when you were the most angry in your life. Lets us call this memory . . . .

9- Say: "I ask that any stuck emotions from this memory . . .  and any other such type of memories from this life and past life please be released now, as there is no more need for me to carry them around. Please find all, remove all and clear all and continue till finished. Thank you."

10- Please continue in this fashion for any angry memory that comes to mind for you now or in the future. Depending on a variety of factors such as sensitivity, attention or experience you may experience a shift in energy when you call on your divine support team. If you feel such a shift of energy you will probably also feel such a shift when you start releasing old stuck emotions.

You can wait till the releasing energies have settled before you move on to the next issue. If you know how to use a pendulum you may monitor the release in that way. It is advisable to go through your life and release the stuck emotions from any time that you were angry. Here also a pendulum can be useful to detect stuff that has nor been released.

11- I like to do this kind of work in a hot bath tub, because the heat helps me to relax to a deeper level, maybe because the situations reminds one of being in the womb.

12- Smiling into the liver which according to traditional Chinese medicine, Chi Gong and also my own experience, is the place in the physical body, where toxic emotions like anger are being stored.

Lets talk about the concept of High Self. The High Self is the eternal part of us that never dies, that lives in a dimension (vibration) beyond (heaven)
and is aware of all its incarnations at all times. In other words, we are angels in primate bodies. This angelic part of us, called the soul in some
religions, is always on line. It has access to past, present, and future (with limitations) and can retrieve any information to which it has clearance
determined by the souls evolution. This information can be accessed instantly. The personality that is incarnated is usually off line. We can barely
remember our past and may have a gut feeling at best about the future. The mundane mind is very limited in terms of a sound knowledge base for any decision. In a chess game all factors affecting the game are known possibilities. However in real life the variables are too great to make any accurate assessments of the future.

The wonder of trance work through hypnosis is that we can communicate as well as merge energies with our angelic parts, the High Selves. I do not hypnotize people so that I can program their minds more easily with suggestions. Who am I to know what is right and wrong for someones subconscious programming? I hypnotize people so that they can talk to their High Selves and experience their own divine essence. I always feel very blessed to introduce anyone to their High Self. It feels sooo nice! The experience is limited only by the need not to overwhelm the personality. Having introduced about 40 to 60 people to their High Self within the last half year alone, I find that people who meditate or show great spiritual interest experience much higher ecstasies than people that are quite foreign to spiritual joy. Everyone gets as much as they can handle. The feeling is like hugging someone you love, only much stronger and more sublime. For most people that have lost faith in their spirit (on a subconscious level) this would be the time of reconciliation, of making up, again receiving nourishment from our divine heritage.

I went to many lifetimes where people felt that they had been abandoned by spirit. Some spoke the divine truth and were tortured as witches or heretics, when they expected divine intervention or protection for their services. Some abused their power in horrible ways, felt a lot of guilt when their consciousness raised and then blamed High Self for not warning them or stopping them in any way. There was this case where a general allowed the plunder and rape of a city, to later carry that guilt through all following incarnations, never again assuming any position of power or influence. In another case, lets call her Lisa, her powerful soul incarnated about a thousand years ago in a woman's body. The people of her village insulted her due to their ignorance. Lisa cursed the villagers in anger and they started dying like flies. In agony about the unwanted results she disconnected herself from her female High Self. Next Lisa incarnated as a man, a powerful sorcerer. Once angered he also released a powerful curse with devastating results. Subsequently Lisa disconnected from her male High Self in remorse. In all her following incarnations her connection with her High Selves was never established again. Now in this lifetime she is ready to listen to the bigger plan and work things out. Good luck!

Losing the connection to High Self over a misunderstanding is a horrible price to pay. I said misunderstanding, because the High Self sees the bigger plan . . . in other words Gods will. We judge from our own small perspective, often seeing things too anthropomorphic and short term. When we cut ourselves off from feeling the love of our soul, we are off line. Your Soul or High Self is your connection to God.

I work with High Selves on two levels. In its highest aspect, the High Self is an androgynous light being, very abstract and divine. I prefer to work with the High Selves in their male and female aspects. They could be considered the divine male or female aspect, the anima and animus according to Freud and the God and Goddess in the New Age paradigm. The energy of the female High Self feels distinctly different than the male aspect energy.

This is of course always a good time to start a dialogue with the High Selves to work things out. I try not to indoctrinate any of my clients, but rather take the stance of Socrates, the Greek philosopher. He just asked the questions and his disciples had to come up with the answers. That's how he would teach. He himself heard his inner voice which, according to his own report, always gave the correct answer. So hooking you up with your inner voice, your High Self, and asking your High Self for answers is how I like to teach and this is how I learn my Self.

First, I make sure the person understands how their High Self works in their lives, what their gifts are and how their personality is. In general, when we feel really good such as being in love, that is when our High Self is in us. In my opinion, to have ones High Self totally integrated into the physical body, as well into the persona, is a very High level of enlightenment. Of course the High Self can not stay for long in a body that is tight from stress and toxic from impure food and negative emotions. Our strong subconscious programming may also not agree with much of what High Self has to say. Being in a hypnotically induced trance is like a state of grace that is to be used to better your relationship with your High Self, to clear out emotional junk, to clear out old physical trauma and to get charged with love and philosophical inspiration.

Male and female High Selves appear in all kinds of forms such as pure energy, yogis, saints, warriors, shamans, animal forms, symbols or just people in their ideal state. The goal of any form projected by the High Self is to give a better understanding of their personality. The High Self has much more personality than our incarnational self. They are us in the ideal state. For instance, my male High Self has a healer/warrior energy. When he superimposes his energy on me, if feel a very secure strength, and my chest and shoulders seem to project out about 6 inches more making me feel like one of these Greek demigod sculptures with small heads and huge torsos. My Goddess aspect feels very flowy, like gauze all around me. She is the artist in me, and she also does all the talking.

Lisa was a case where the female and male High Self did not get along with each other. The female High Self criticized the male High Self for being too pushy, too power-hungry and sexually too violent. Of course the male High Self had his list of complaints too. The constant power struggle of the two High Selves clearly reflected in Lisas life, which was resembling a roller coaster ride, going from one extreme to another. In this fortunately rare case, I had to act as an intermediary between the High Selves. At one point the female High Self confided that the black eye that Lisa had recently suffered in an accident was on the right side, because she intended it to punish the male High Self. The right side of the body represents the male aspect, the left is considered female. Lisas androgynous High Self was a very evolved light being, but not very experienced with this whole incarnational business. That s why the "mismatch" of the very powerful High Selves happened. On the other hand it was part of the plan to facilitate accelerated learning. Lisa was not too happy about this, but at least she had an idea of what was going on.

When the incarnated persona learns to see with the eyes of their High Self, and understands what the big picture is, it becomes a lot easier to surrender to do the ultimate common good, the plan of God.

I know this may sound very strange to some of you, but with some it will strike a chord. For you I am writing about things that I normally do not talk
about. Consider the possibilities and honor your inner knowing. The information technology of the computer gifted mankind with an accelerated and uncensored flow of information and communication. The same trend is happening on the spiritual planes too. There is so much more spiritual help available than ever before.

I once asked myself the question: If by chance I had grown up among animals only, never seeing a human being, would I have learned/rediscovered to walk upright? Probably not. . . In all the cases that I read about, the children that had been raised by animals in the wilderness were employing a Chimpanzee style of motion, running on hand and foot, acting like part of the pack.  We humans grow into this world copying what we see, much like monkey see, and monkey does. That is one of the fastest modes of learning.

Would I have ever discovered by myself that crystals have a force field around them?   It was pointed out to me by a kind person and now I use the help of minerals and their vibrations all the time. Would I have ever considered that there are streams of energy  flowing into and out of this earth?  Again, another kind person once brought me to a spot where two up flowing lay lines crossed and pointed them out to me. I observed how uplifting and invigorating they felt.  Nearby was an inflowing lay line which felt draining.

Our optical perception is the main sense of input for most humans. The blind, by comparison, hone their sense of hearing and touch, discovering worlds of nuances that 99% of the seeing people are not aware of. For example a blind person might focus very much on the nuances in another persons voice.  These might be his only clues about his partners emotional states, because he cannot read his facial expressions and body language.

We humans have ways to perceive energy around us. I wish that my parents had focused me unto this world of perceptions when I grew up, forming my strongest patterns. But they where not taught either. This information has been deleted, ignored or ridiculed from the Western mainstream culture that I grew up in.

Not knowing about it, not having it pointed out, is one of the reasons why the westerner does not live in a world of energy perception. Another factor is dullness of perception. People run from very sensitive to dull. The very sensitive ones would have the greatest abilities to perceive the world of energies, especially if they are taught just as we are taught to walk and to speak. Would you have learned to speak by yourself if nobody would have bothered to show you?

The world around us is full of energies that affect us. That is why I like to visit my clients at their home. For example: Dora (name made up) had felt kind of stuck and asked me for help. When I came to her house we walked from room to room to look for the best place to work. She showed me the room of her teenage daughter, a nice girl going through a rough time. There was a slight depressed feeling in the room. I directed Dora's attention to this all-permeating feeling and she became aware of it.

Then I gave Dora a five-minute crash course in pumping love through her hands. I showed her how to extend the energies from her hands and clear the room of the stagnant negative feelings. To built confidence into her own abilities I stood back and gave correcting instructions, while Dora cleared the room all by herself. After the clearing, Dora noticed how light the room felt now. 

I explained to Dora that it would be her responsibility to keep her house in energetic tiptop conditions, just in the same way as vacuuming or washing the dishes. Next I showed Dora how to use her hand to read the energy of an area of wall in her daughters room. I gave the same spot two coats of love with two hand-strokes and had her read the energies again. She liked the difference she felt. So I showed her what to do and she painted the rest of the room together with me. After about five minutes the whole room had taken on a cozy vibe. The walls radiated love from all directions.

Yet, on one corner, we discovered some strange feelings. On the other side of the wall they were even stronger. The energy was sickening to me and Dora could feel it too. It was very localized to an area of about 9 square feet. When I asked the spirit of the land what was causing this energy, it replied there had been torture at this spot long before the house was built. I invited mother Mary to overview and bless the whole situation and to my delight Dora was able to feel her presence too.

I addressed the spirits of the land and all the beings residing in this area, like the fairies or the spirit of the house, and asked them if they were ready to let go of this pain. We humans definitely had no more need for it. We got a strong feeling of consensus. So I asked that everybody involved might let go now, said Amen and there was a big up-flow of energies all around us.

After several minutes the place felt light and clear and it was time to invite some love angels to help us fill this new created space with love. Dora was plugged right into these experiences, feeling like Alice in Wonderland.  She wanted a spiritual awakening, and now she was right in the middle of it. She was very excited by now.

Every time I watch TV my lower back hurts!  She suddenly blurted out. I sit over there!   I tried out the couch and immediately felt a draining pulling at my root chakra.  The thought-form: In-flowing energies crossed my awareness.  I investigated with my hand and sure enough, there was a line of in-flowing energy going right across the house.

I explained to Dora how on these lines the body and psyche of the human gets depleted of energy. People who sleep over those negative energy lines tend to develop premature sickness and cancer.  Also lightening strikes along these lines. I have seen it personally in a forest. All the trees struck by lightening were along a line, which happened to be of inflowing energy. Dora would have to figure out how to live around this lay line.

Living at a certain place means being affected with its particular individual energies. Just like when we are married to a person, we will get affected by their energies such as their anger, joy, or their personal history. In very similar fashion, a place consists of a composition of the emotions and thought-forms of events that it accumulated through its history. Just like a human person, a place has awareness and can be cleansed of bad memories in a very deep and healing fashion.

Pete (name made up), a client of mine, knew that there was a ghost living in his beautiful barrio apartment.  To him it was like living with a roommate that he couldn't see, only feel. This ghost had its own emotional presence and judgments, which were drawing Pete into a strange relationship situation.  Yet Pete, at this point of his life, preferred to live alone. So when I visited his apartment he asked for my help and advice.

We both could feel the presence of her spirit above the bed. I sent her some love, which she liked. Then I called on some love angels to run love on her and nourish and engulf her. She liked that very much. Next I told the spirit that she should be going with the angels into the light. There would be much more love waiting for her there. She was quite enthusiastic when she transitioned into the higher dimensions.

As the next step, we cleared the walls from the thought-forms of the generations of previous tenants and after that Pete really had his own space. When you create a meditation room or meditation corner for instance, it helps to clear the area completely of any negative vibrations and to think only meditative thoughts of a very high vibration while being in this area. Thus, over longer periods of time, a meditation room vibration is being established.  It will be very easy to get into a meditative state in such a vibrational environment.

John (name made up) was the son of a heroin-addicted mother. He had relocated to Tucson and was proud about the wonderful place he found to live. In his room we talked about his mother. He was wondering if she had sold his body for drugs the way she had sold hers. He showed me a photo of her with him as a baby. Soon after that photo was taken, John had been institutionalized and his mom had died in the streets of New York.

When I tuned into the picture of Johns Mom, I could feel her sadness and started crying instantly. I had no control over the crying, which burst out very vehemently. Johns mother conveyed that she was so sorry about the suffering she had caused John.  I helped her to release some of her pain and guilt and explained to her that she would be of more help to John when she could ascend into her angelic form.

Johns mother agreed and I called for the angels to take care of her and the ascension.  (I always get the full cooperation of the angelic host as long as I ask for the highest good). John and I could feel how her presence faded away as she ascended into the higher dimensions. After about five minutes, we felt a wonderful angelic presence. Johns mother had returned in her angelic form. She carried a lot of love and light in her higher heart chakras. I was impressed by her powerful presence. She would be able to assist John much better from now on.

This morning goddess Kali appeared to me. She graphically showed me the dangers of an unbalanced lifestyle, and She also revealed a way to heal past wounds that lead to a life out of balance.  

The information I got made a lot of sense, yet, I have to admit that this is not how I generally wake up. I have never really understood goddess Kali, nor talked to Her before. I wondered that this was my imagination. “No, no!” she answered, “I appeared to you before in Sri Lanka to prepare you for this.”  

She was right; 24 years ago I lived with a shaman in the jungles of Sri Lanka, an island south of India. The shaman worshiped goddess Kali and Kataragama for material benefit. While chanting mantras and singing songs, he would run on the spot and go into an altered state of awareness. When his connection with the Goddess was established, his apprentice would ask questions like: “Where can we find gemstones?” 

The shaman’s apprentice was a sweet young man only 5 feet tall and light boned. But one night this fragile apprentice jumped out of the ceremonial hut right into the bon-fire, where he laughingly began to dance. There was so much power coming from this apprentice that both the Mudalali’s (big landowner) son and myself were running for cover. The Mudalali’s son was 200 pound and 7 feet of bones and muscles. Neither he nor myself were easily intimidated, however the energy was so strong that we were frightened. 

Somehow I knew instantly that Goddess Kali was inhabiting the apprentice at this time. When we had gathered our wits, She (in the apprentice’s body) was still dancing in the fire, which had been reduced to embers by now. She winked at us and still laughing, she motioned for us to come closer.  She bent down and grabbed several egg size orange glowing embers from the fire-pit. 

She held up her hands with the embers in them, so that I could see them from one foot away, and then She crumbled them laughingly right in front of my eyes. The apprentice’s body did not get burned at all.  

Later in life, I would walk on fire two separate times, but that didn’t seem as impressive as what the Goddess showed me at the dawn of my awakening. Goddess Kali did not talk to me at that time, but imprinted me with two major lessons. Number one: Spirit entities can inhibit human bodies. Number two: the laws of the material world as we know it can be transcended.  

So this morning Goddess Kali reminded me of my first encounter with Her. So I asked Her: “What do you represent? I do not understand you, people fear you, yet You have come to instruct me. Who are you?” “I am Mother Nature, the physical teacher, I rule the physical reality which might appear quite harsh, but it is a very effective way of teaching.”  

For some time now, the harsh aspects of the physical world had been bothering me. For instance, the predator/prey set up is a source of guaranteed suffering. In the natural world many deer are torn apart alive, when they become too weak to run away from tracking predators. Even ants mercilessly devour still living caterpillars.  

My awareness of suffering increased when I realized through many past life regressions how people are programmed and crippled in a variety of ways for many lifetimes though traumatic events. Just like love, hate and anger are eternal. The negative energy keeps working till it is cancelled out by love. 

Imagine all the suffering that we have encountered through disease. Imagine all the tooth infections that our ancestors had to suffer. Modern science can tell from the tooth cavities and bone deterioration that probably many of the old Egyptian Pharaohs suffered terribly from tooth infection and, in many cases, have died from it prematurely. 

I even worked with people that were still carrying trauma from an animal incarnation. There was this lady that felt always cold. She had gone to many specialists, but nobody could help her. I regressed her to the lifetime, where the problem had originated. She saw herself as a stork, lying dying in the cold water. He was very cold and he thought that it was to early for him to die. He kept holding on. I talked to the stork and showed him how to pass on with divine dignity. As soon as his energy left, the lady did not feel cold anymore. 

That proved to me that animals could have karmic imprinting just like humans. So the idea of having to transmute thousands of lifetimes of suffering to become liberated from subliminal pain and conditioning seemed a bit depressing to me. 

Now I understood that this was Her ghastly aspect. That is why She is being depicted with a garland of skulls. She teaches us lessons through the harsh aspects of nature, such as disease and death. The harsh lessons are the obvious ones. For instance if you smoke too much for too long your lungs will give you more trouble in old age or if you consume too much hard liquor there will be a set of different consequences. Mother nature is the most obvious teacher and when we do not listen to her, it will hurt badly. 

The accumulative effect of the pain and karma still bothered me deeply, it seemed overwhelming, and so I asked goddess Kali about it: ”That is taken care of by the big cycles.” She said “The 4 Yugas.”  

There are 4 major time periods in Hindu philosophy, very similar to the great time periods of the Mayan calendar that considers the cyclic movement of the solar system in relationship to the center of our spiral galaxy). It is instructed that the present Yuga, Kali Yuga, bears her name. This is the final Yuga, where the “bad” karma has accumulated for thousands of years.  

According to the Vedas, we have been granted a reprieve of this cycle, a “Golden Age” lasting thousands of years due to the special appearance of the God & Goddess. At the end of Kali Yuga souls are relieved of all karma and a new age, Satya Yuga begins, and enlightened and balanced time. 

In my opinion this is the time where the Goddess reemerges to heal and empower the women so that they can heal and balance the males. In my own life, the Goddess, appearing in many forms, has been most merciful and compassionate, rescuing me with Her love. 

Much of my work now is helping women and men to wake up and get in touch with the individualized Goddess within. At this time in history, we need divine guidance to find the solutions that are for our highest good, to get the vision and advice that is perfect just for us. Now with the gradual rising of the vibration on this planet (a new Yuga coming in), there is a good opportunity to heal and change for the better.

This is not an article about the computer Internet, but about practical spirituality. Through meditation, guided meditation or hypnosis one can link to the spiritual Internet. This is where the genius and the prophet get their inspirations. From here you can visit your incarnations or talk to your guides or your own higher aspects. Every past life regression that is successful has a learning experience connected to it.  We go into the past to learn about decisions that we made long ago so that we can understand the patterns of our present.  What are the major patterns that one can expect?

Practically all the women that I worked with, that where powerful and psychic (sensitive), had strong negative energies in their throat, brainstem and neck area. In my wife, for example, these energies manifested as migraines whenever she stressed out. We visited episodes of getting the had bashed in, throat cutting, strangulation, ritual neck crushing, anger implants, the works. As we cleared layer after layer her resilience increased. Now she only gets headaches under circumstances that I would manifested headaches myself. Other women experience what could be described as claustrophobic feelings around the neck. There where also chronic throat and neck problems in many individuals.

One lady with such chronic neck and throat problems came to me for help. Lets call her Elena.  I raised Elena's vibration and asked her High Self to please show us the main reason for her neck and throat problems.  Elena saw that she was a Native American young male in a previous life.  He happened to discover a herd of wild mustangs and proceeded to catch himself a nice horse.  Unfortunately he got stuck in a booby trap.  The horses where not wild, but owned and protected by these traps. A kind of lasso had caught his head, pulled him off the horse, and dangled him by his neck till he was dead.  He had tried to call for help, which for obvious reasons he could not. We asked Elena's High Self if there was any pattern from this incident, besides the neck pain that she was still running in this life?  There was: she couldn't ask for help. It was miraculous for her to seek help from me. She felt very isolated in her problems and felt that she could not ask anybody for help.  I was kind of a miracle for her to come to me.

I knew from experience that in strangling situations the pain cannot be expressed and therewith released in a cry. So I had Elena do a long releasing cry, mentally of course (we like to keep having classes at Metaphysics world).  The cry helped to release much of the energy stuck in the throat, the rest we released with intent. Than I hooked her up with her Angels. Elena had to understand that she was never alone, that there were always spirit beings around that would help her if it was part of the divine plan. After talking with her angels for a while and exchanging love with them, she could easily let go of the old programming and replaced it with the thought that divine help is always available.  Elena's symptoms disappeared during the session.

Another case was much more complicated. Angelica (all names have been changed) had a very oppressive father in her childhood. A few years ago she had been gang raped and was still dealing with male bullies when she came to visit me. We did many journeys into the past. We saw her in South America. Her father gave Angelica up to the priests for sacrifice, when she was a girl of four or five years. Angelica got a nice male abandonment issue from this. Her father did this for prestige only, to be in good standing with the old ducks. He tried to make up in this life by being her father, but was still lacking a lot.

In this past life Angelica got basic training in dance and the arts and at the age of about 14 she had to line up with about a dozen of her companion sacrificial girls on the top of a pyramid. They were the cream of the crop - the most beautiful and intelligent. Angelica was slightly drugged as she was standing in line, watching as her fellow girls got their hearts ripped out, one by one. She was not allowed to express any emotions (which would have helped), to cry or to show fear would have brought great shame on her and her family. The irony was that the girls all knew that the priests had lost their spiritual power, that their sacrifice would not give any better crops or protect their community from any harm. They knew that the sacrifice was nothing but a waste of their lives, and means for the priests to exert their power and maintain the status quo. Of course, Angelica did not trust any religious institutions since that time on.

I saw myself as one of the priests, but I knew that the sacrifices where a horrible waste that only furthered the suppression of the Goddess. There was nothing I could do. It broke my heart. Angelicas High Self consoled me, telling me at that time, that I had worked in all the different religious systems in my incarnations to witness and learn about their shortcomings. (This applies also to this lifetime). That is the reason why I do not trust the institutions either and why I am doing my own thing. It was all part of the divine plan. So the gifts I have, have been paid for dearly by others and me in past incarnations.

In other incarnations, Angelica served as a tool for spiritually impotent priests to get in touch with their gods. Instead of using her as a channel for information, they ritually strangled her to siphon off her life force to get high enough to do their puny magic. Systematic ritual strangulations is a theme that many powerful women encountered in their past lives. Basically the priests were envious of the more developed psychic abilities of women. They either tried to destroy them or exploit them in the most hideous ways.

Another category of neck and throat trauma comes from speaking the divine truth. Remember all the wonderful activities that the Catholic Church performed during the witch hunts to spread the love of Jesus Christ?  Usually those that were spiritually connected and tried to help their ignorant fellow human beings, either through herbs, hands on healing or any other potent spiritual advise, got tortured by the so called disciples of Christ. My intuition tells me that these people knew exactly what they were doing. They knew that the trauma of torture would cripple the soul in future incarnations.

When our crown chakra is opened we can access spiritual guidance, which is broken down into human thought forms by the opened third eye. These realizations can only be expressed when the throat chakra is opened. (Sensitive people generally know the difference between a preacher that is speaking divinely inspired and the preacher that scholarly repeats the lines that he learned during his spiritual indoctrination}.  Mystics get their information from spirit; believers and scholars mostly follow the official party line without much personal realization. The pay off for both parties is obvious. The mystics get rewarded in spiritual wealth; society rewards the conformists.

Light workers in all times had the unpleasant job to speak up and show mass mind where they were wrong. Jesus the Christ is a good example of this. Do mass mind and the status quo like these divine messengers? Again Jesus serves as a good example of what happens to those that speak up and have potency. Many so called pagan witches followed in his footsteps by following their spiritual intuition and divine compassion.    Yet, if you get tortured and killed every time you express divine truth, it causes a conditioning: Every time I speak divine will, I will get killed and tortured. We better shut down the throat chakra so that this will not happen again.  So every time this person comes to a certain level of spiritual awakening, they self sabotage and shut down in fear. The past trauma is being remembered and speaking the truth awakens the fear of being tortured again.

I know this article seems to be a bit on the negative side, but let us be realistic. History as we know it was not kind but extremely cruel and predatory. To think that all this pain has just gone away is an illusion. People carry around their old pain and it cripples them to the potential of happiness and love they could experience. Yet with the aid of an experienced healer this psychic load can be relieved at accelerated speed now. As the layers of old psychic pain are lifted off the person their natural capacity for bliss emerges. The mystic yogis (hatha yoga is only the lowest step of the yogic ladder) call this process: achieving liberation, becoming a liberated soul (jivan mukta).  I am not repeating a party line; I have seen/felt clients starting to bloom again many times. Yes, it is nice to have no more pain in the physical body and it is even nicer to experience energies and emotion that common people experience only during the short time that they fall in love.

In conclusion: It is time for the Goddess to re-emerge in the human group mind. It is the time now for women to get their power back, but not necessary as Zena warrior princess (they are needed too). Castrating men out of anger is not a solution. We males need the intuition of women so we can put our strengths to right use. Without divine guidance a warrior is likely to use his strength in not very divine ways. With divine intuition the male can ascend to the archetype of the sacred warrior.   The process of re-connection with the Goddess happens in two ways: The empowerment of women externally and reconnection to female High Self internally. The latter applies to males and females equally.

What can you do to release throat problems by yourself?  There are many ways through which healing can be achieved. Though not all methods deal with the root cause of the problem, they can help none the less. Things are never black and white only. Please see what resonates with yourself and your skill level. If you think you need outside help, I am available for private consultations.

1-ask for the presence of your personal divine healing team of angels and spirit guides. After a few seconds you may feel an uplifting presence, a tingling or a shift in the energy around you.

2- Ask that everything that will happen in the coming healing will be for the highest good, in divine harmony for the most benevolent outcomes. Ask for their divine guidance, protection and assistance. (this is a safeguard to the problem of:  be careful what you ask for.  State the intent of the healing session.

3-Grounding

Smile and imagine rooting your legs and spine at least 10 yards into the Earth. Imagine these roots spreading out like those of a tree. The imagine drawing up the love of mother earth like water or steam through your root into your legs and into your heart on the inhale. On the exhale imagine sending your energy through your roots into mother Earth.

Be sure to smile very sweetly during the energy exchange. Imagine that mother Earth loves you unconditionally like a mother does and that you are little baby nourishing form her loving energy. On the exhale send her your junk energies with your breath, so that she can transmute or compost them. Always breathe all the way in and all the way out.  Continue till you feel calm, centered and energized.

4-Open the crown chakra

Put your tongue on the top of your palate and keep it there. Imagine exhaling on the top of your head, just like a whale clears his blow hole. Imagine the energy moving at about tai chi speed. Invite your spirit guides to help clear your crown chakra and infuse it with love and light. Draw the at love and light into your heart with a deep inhale (all the way) and the send exhale with a smile and send your love from your heart out the top of your head as high as it will go. Repeat till your exhale reaches 4 to 6 feet up and you are in bliss. When you are not in bliss, you probably forgot to smile.

Close your eyes and become aware of your energies above your head, try to focus on a spot about 5 feet above your head. That is the point from where your intent has the highest spiritual power. Try to focus there while you set the following intents, please say audible:

" I release all resistances that I hold in my throat on a physical, emotional and spiritual level, that prevent me from releasing stuck emotions and traumata's from this and past lives. Please my spirit guides find all, remove all and clear all. And continue till finished. " 

Expect a subtle or not so subtle shift of energy within about 5 seconds after setting the intent. I use a pendulum to show me when the release is done.  So when the pendulum looses its energy or the energy flow returns to normal, please state: "I release all stuck emotions and traumas from this and past lives that I hold in my throat on a physical, emotional and spiritual level. Please my spirit guides find all, remove all and clear all. And continue till finished. "

Again, expect a subtle or not so subtle shift of energy within about 5 seconds after setting the intent. I use a pendulum to show me when the release is done.  Make sure your awareness is centered above your head. In case your awareness is centered in your heart or throat, that is fine too. Do not worry about it. Be playful with the energies and support any releasing energies in leaving. Moaning really helps here, so is crying and wailing. If circumstances, such a nosy neighbors, do not permit a load expression, you just imagine doing these things in your mind. Go ahead yell, scream or whimper in your mind, it is very purifying. Do not judge yourself, but just go the flow and do what helps reusing.

When any action seems to fizzle out you can repeat: "Please find all, remove all and clear all." This probably will cause further cleansing. Asking for specific traumatic events to clear.  The above method should also be applied to specific traumas. The following list may come in handy:

Throat cutting
Hanging
Neck breaking by accident
Strangulation
Garrote
Suffocation
Crushing
Alien or reptilian implants
Black magic devices and curses
Critters (little astral entities)
Suppression of free expression from parents
Suppression of free expression from local group consciousness
Inherited stuck emotions
Disease or injury

Some people find a pendulum a very useful indicator for the amount or percentage of an issue has been released.  And please drink a lot of water afterwards.  Parallel to the release of emotional toxins, your body will release chemical toxins, according to the principle: as above do below.

Vision questing is an integrative part of most indigenous cultures around the world. At the time of entering adulthood, a person is led by the local mystic into experiences that connect him with the spirit world (meeting medicine allies, ancestors, etc.) as well as their own purpose in life.

To know about the spirit world through experience is a great gift, because it saves the individual from gross materialism. An imbalance that occurs when one is entirely focused on acquiring access baggage for the body. As a gross materialist, I may believe that there is no consciousness outside the human brain, that my persona is just the result of a Darwinian survival mechanism, the latest edition of biological evolution, and that since I am my body, I will stop to exist when my body dies.

To know about the purpose of one’s life is another great gift. In Hindu philosophy, this is knowing one’s dharma, our own personal way of serving the world according to our innermost nature. Thomas Merton, the Christian mystic, also states strongly in his writings that the saints were quite eccentric in that they served God in their own individual ways. There seems to be no cookie cutter formula for how to serve the Whole in an enlightened way.

Civilizations have been happy to provide slots or archetypes for those individuals seeking purpose and identity. In the west we had the peasants, the guilds, the feudalists, the hermits, the priests, monks, nuns, witches and the wizards. The Hindus had a slightly different set of archetypes with the cast system and the different styles of Yoga for their saints and mystic.

Has this been replaced by personality profiles and guidance counseling? I remember the pressure that I was under in my teenage years, having to decide what I am going to do for the rest of my life. What if I am not gifted enough to be successful as an artist? What if I choose the wrong path all together? Every teenager is faced with similar pressing questions about his future.

Once a teenager came to me asking for guidance. I introduced him to his spirit guides and they showed him his future in great detail. He was supposed to be a musician; he was shown the type of music he would be playing. He saw himself performing at concerts; he saw how he and his band were meditating in the studio to sync up before recording.

He heard the lyrics of his songs, he saw the titles and covers for his albums. His guides also explained to him about the good influence his music would have on his audience. Imagine every teenager would have his own vision quest about his or her path. How much more motivated and focused they would be. How much more purpose they would find in life.

Many of my clients that are over forty. The kids are out of the house and their life feels empty, without purpose. Many of them feel stuck and re-question their life. They reminiscent about the life experiences they already had and wonder what the big picture is.

Several years ago Bob called (identity is changed). He had been practicing a kind of silent mind meditation for about twenty years. He was blocked now, couldn’t get into deep meditation any more. Bob needed help.

After I cleared Bob with my conch shell and crystal wand, his aura lit up and felt as if a big burden had been taking from him. I became aware of several pictures of Mother Mary as well as rosaries in Bob’s room, so I called on Mother Mary for her presence and assistance. She came in so strong that it took our breath away.

It was very easy to raise Bob’s vibration. Within twenty seconds he was at an alpha brainwave state. It showed that he had refined and trained his mind. First we removed any implants (“monkey wrench” type energy devices placed by those wishing us ill) and cording (energy hook ups through which entities can such or dump energy) from his chakras, brain and spine with the help of Archangel Michael.

As the implants and cording were removed one by one, Bob’s chakras began emitting a wonderful, very refined energy. As an experienced meditator, Bob was completely aware of what was happening with him on his energy body level. He knew that his prayers had been answered, that this was the “real thing”. Next I introduced Bob to his Child Self, Female High Self and Male High Self. On my request Bob was shown his greatest wound. There was a big blob of dark energy in his heart area. His inner child told him that this block in his heart chakra stemmed from his childhood. His parents never paid any attention to him, making him feel worthless about himself.

Looking at Bob’s physiognomy, I saw very auspicious signs: a wonderfully developed skull with very balanced, refined and auspicious facial and bodily features. He had all the markings of a monk type mystic. I decided that Bob needed a glimpse of the gifts that he might provide for the world to raise his genuine self worth.

So we asked his High Selves to show how Bob would be serving the world in three years, provided he continued his practices with the same intensity as he had during the last twenty years. Bob saw himself writing. There were books already written waiting to be published. He also saw himself listening to people in all kinds of settings. His words had influence, yet the greatest benefit came from his presence, his light emanations.

When we stepped five years ahead Bob had become a hermit. He lived in the forest and worked on levels that Bob could not comprehend at this time.  I tried to access the activities from different angels, but Bob could not verbalize what he saw.

Going a decade further into the future Bob became very amazed. He had become a politician. He saw himself in this position because he would be firmly established in his High Self guidance by then, using it for the highest good of the people. I was amazed, yet felt very good about the vision, because Bob and his apartment already reflected a deep sense of humility and balanced renunciation. These qualities provide a great protector from the corrupting influence of power.

After seeing the purpose of his life and the good he could provide Bob’s inner child was ready to let go of its notion of low self worth. We asked Mother Mary to put her merciful finger into his heart and help him let go of his pain. Bob seemed to melt. Tears rolled with both of us. There was grace around us. Bob’s heart chakra started blooming to exquisite beauty. I made sure that the inner child’s heart chakra was cured too. There was a flowering on a deeper level of the heart as that happened.

Feeling stuck means that we need some vision questing. As a teenager I had my dreams and I was terrified of the future. I felt stuck in a narrow minded German town of 40 000. I wanted to travel the world and be an artist and photographer. All these dreams have been fulfilled far beyond my expectations.

Now I am living beyond what I had dreamed. To my own amazement: I am even writing. You have to understand that German and English were my weakest subjects in all my high-school years. Like the fool from the Reuter Tarot deck I had to step into the unknown, overcoming great fears and self-doubt.

What would have happened if I had gotten a vision of my future when I was a teenager?  Would my life have been more to the point with the help of a roadmap?  I have to mention that not everybody gets a clear view of his or her life. I always request that the highest good will happen, so sometimes it is not in the best interest to see one’s possible future.

The following story is about Love, the queen of our emotions. If you ask me What are the basics that I should know, if you could teach me?  This is what I would tell you . . .  it is most important for a human being to learn how to properly nurse from both the love energy of mother Earth, and from the angelic energies that come from the heavens through the crown chakra.  Both these energies can be brought into the heart center and projected as love in our world or dimension.    In other words: we can function as pumps of love tapping into the unlimited supply of love from heaven and earth.  Love is an energy that can be felt quite clearly by most people. Love is projected through the heart chakras when people show an attitude of benevolence, the oh is this cute effect of the Kindchen reflex.  Everything that is roundish like the young of all the mammal species are considered cute and to be nourished. It was natures programming to make sure that the helpless young would not be abandoned. 
Something like an optical pheromone.

This energy of love when will bring out the best inherent in anything.   The thing or person will glow with a pleasant feeling.  I realized this point while waiting in the living room of a physical therapist for my appointment.  The room felt nice, esthetic, nourishing, but then it dawned on me.  My photographers eye had kicked in and saw that all furniture by material standards was very shabby like old metal shelves, plastic imitation wood, etc.  As soon as I relaxed the critical focus of perception, the emotional glow of the furniture returned and everything turned again to comfortable coziness.  The body worker gleefully admitted to my observation and commented: Yes, I put a lot of love into it.  Years later a Medicine woman showed me how to paint walls with love. In Hindu deity worship the deity is showered with love through peacock fans and other worship paraphernalia like the Yak tail fan.  Deities that are worshiped properly seem to glow and have a stronger presence around them.

My point is: I find that everyone that gets nourished with 30 seconds of good love starts to glow: water, kids, pets, people that are receptive, objects, especially gems, and plants. You name it, you love it and it will grow. The more love there is in a person, the more there will be an inner beauty. Love affects the outer beauty too. To me the face is like a screen of movement through which your body symbolizes even very subtle emotions. The face changes when love is projected from the little charkas in the cheeks or when love is being projected from the eyes.  Yes, the energy of love can be projected from other places then the heart chakra.  First of all the heart chakra can project love in any direction, not just to the front. Lets say an upset mom verbally abuses her child in a grocery store. Besides asking some angels for help to smooth the whole thing out, you could additionally start pumping Earth love (and later Heaven love) through the back or the side of your heart, without turning your body. Love can also be projected in narrow or wide beams. In my experience it works best when the love ray is administered in a caressing, foundling type motion.  The same energy affects at least 3 times stronger when projected with a loving, fondling attitude.

Yet in my opinion the most important ingredient in transmitting a good healing energy is the smile. I meditated for many years on the names of God. One of the inherent problems of this method (mantra meditation) is mindless repetition. So I tried to develop an attitude in which I was aware that I was talking to God, that I am in His presence.  After much exploration, what worked best for me is the smile. Among humans of all cultural backgrounds the smile is understood as a symbol of NO THREAT and FRIENDLINESS. Who would dare to shake hands with the President without smiling? How could I dare to address God and not smile? Relationships improved rapidly once I started smiling at God while I talked with him. It was personal and love and happiness started to flow.  Smiling opens us up to our higher nature. Actually the sweeter you smile the sweeter the love that you can transmit.  In my healing work,  I come across people that cannot smile or they force themselves only for very short times. These poor people cannot give the energy of love. Only after being cleansed from their emotional pain and mental misunderstandings (samskaras in Sanskrit) will they start to smile automatically. For all my energy work, my smile is the dial to sweetness. It keeps me in the love vibration.

The process of smilingly pumping love from Heaven or Earth onto Self or other Selves I call running love. It is my ABC of spiritual life. Running love is my measuring cup of healing work needed. Can he/she/me run love? How sweet, how much, how often and onto whom?  This ability to run love can be exercised like a muscle, it grows with experience, yet the best is when a habit becomes established.

Is loving oneself selfish and loving others good? Should I enlighten myself first before looking out for the enlightenment of others?  What is better, which path should we go?

How can I be happy if I do not love myself?
How can I love others if I do not know how to love myself?
Are loving my self and loving other connected in some way? 

How can I be happy if I do not love myself?

I am the closest neighbor to myself, I have secrets from myself, I feel that I have done things wrong and failed many people. How many reasons do I have not to love myself? And how many reasons do I have to love myself?  

Maybe it helps to understand: what I do love in another? In my personal case loving appreciation always develops when I see an ideal in something/somebody. Strength, refinement, harmony etc. stand for external and internal qualities. Yet, isnt that one of those Darwinistish programs in my mind that makes sure that I only attracted to those with the highest rating survival attributes. It probably is. 

So what about unconditional love or loving ugly people? Ugly people may have beautiful minds, or great hearts. Loving them because of these opulences would still not be unconditional love.

Yet I discovered a different angle to the situation, a perspective that explains a lot more to me. Love is an energy that can only be handled when there is a certain attitude. Basically one has to be in a loving frame of mind to receive love as well as to give love.  Love is a subtle energy a certain type of chi that can be send through space and time, yet it seems to move best at Tai Chi Speed. , The energy of love can be taken from the Earth Mother through our foot chakras and the root chakra; it can be taken from the Heavens through the crown chakra and the celestial chakras above. Love can be received from angels about any time you ask or you can pump it straight from the own personal god source through the inner dimensions of the heart.  You can get love from the planets and many different other sources. All sources have their different flavors of love but all the love comes from the same source, God. 

Can you exchange love with God when you have issues with Him? (I am angry with God because He took my loved one, etc. He gets blamed for all kinds of stuff.)  Probably not. Can you exchange love with humans when you have issues with them? Not at that time.  Once I read about an experiment in the prison system where pets were allowed. The therapists expressed their amazement at how hardened violent criminals could be so tender and kind with animals.  

The explanation is that the hardened criminals had issues with humans not with animals. With animals they could exchange love. In a similar fashion some people can exchange love with the Earth Mother easier than with the angelic realm or with God or vice versa. 

Have you ever been in a bad mood and a friend came to cheer you up to be rudely rejected? At that time you did not feel it appropriate to change your mood yet. In a similar fashion we have to ready for love and to smile, than the positive energies that have been send towards us can be received. , But what if we do not love ourselves because we are overweight, ugly, mediocre, procrastinating, . . . (feel free to fill in you favorite self blaming). Wrong idea! Love is not a reward for being nice; it is a means of becoming nice. Love is a nourishing energy, the more we get, the better we become. Love is the fertilizer for us humans to reach our highest potential. Even so called inanimate things start to glow when they are saturated with love. 

Loving ourselves does not mean to become self absorbed in narcissistic hedonism, but to nourish oneself with the energies that will make us feel good and manifest the best in us. Love is the drug! 

Now when I look at my inner dialogue I have to admit that not all my thoughts are loving. It looks like I have a lifetime of work ahead of me. The mind is like a garden that should be tended carefully, so that no weeds of unhealthy thoughts with emotions may take over. In this garden the grow all good fertilizer and transmute all weeds herbicide is love. Love is the drug. 

Going back to my initial question: How can I be happy if I do not love myself? My answer is: I don't know. I personally can only be happy when I am open to the nourishing energies of my world.

How can I love others if I do not know how to love myself? If I cannot love myself with my flaws I will probably stop loving the object of adoration once the flaws are discovered. Adoration is the willingness to see the highest in another person. Adoration can help manifest the highest in a person. Yet, putting somebody on a pedestal means closing our eyes to areas that need nourishing.

Such denial will lead ultimately to rude awakenings when shortcomings are finally seen. Only when I can love/nourish/forgive myself in my lower aspects, I can do the same with other people.  

Are loving my self and loving other connected in some way? Yes. The capacity to love is a skill as well as an attitude that can be learned.  The more love we pump to/through us, the greater our capacity to transfer love becomes. We will become transmuted by that love and become more beautiful, just like people that are in love are.

One day, a troubled young lady, Maria, came to Rainbow Moods seeking relief. She felt a darkness around her at certain times, especially when she tried to mediate or at night, when she tried to sleep . Also at night strange looking beings (reptilian in form) would appear in visions to her. Maria was scared and confused. Her vibration was very high, she could see auras in color, but she did not know what it meant. I later discovered she had attempted suicide several times.

Scanning her room I found it to be of a very high vibration, so her symptoms where not caused by a negative environment. I asked my High Self where I could find the root cause of Maria's problems, past or present life? Past life was the answer. After explaining about the procedure, I regressed Maria to the crucial past life. It must have been her last incarnation, because she was a Jew in a German concentration camp. Swiftly we progressed to the crucial scene. Maria and a group of inmates where pushed into a big pit, a hole in the ground, like a swimming pool, and a German soldier started pouring gasoline over them. In my reality Maria started to breathe very heavily and I had to siphon off her fear vibration. To help her more easily through what she would have to re-experience, I called for 2 Angels and had Maria watch what was to come in an imagined cinema, one Angel on each side. Maria confirmed the presence of the Angels and I felt the energy shift in the room as soon as I intended to invite them. Though it
was intense for Maria to see herself being burned alive, she did well and she relaxed as she went through the dying process. Experiencing dying in a previous life considerably reduces the fear of dying in the present life.

Next we invited her High Self into her awareness and asked Her for an interpretation of that past life. Basically the darkness that Maria had been experiencing was a residual of the terror of being burned alive. Maria agreed that she did not need this vibration in this incarnation. So I asked Marias High Self to give Maria a vision of where in her force-field she was holding the emotional residue. As Maria saw the murky, cloudy substance in her force-field, her lips curled in disgust. We asked some angels for help, and together we all pumped love into the clouds till they dissolved. On my end, I could see how Marias aura just started glowing, it was as if someone was turning on a dimmer in the room.

Then I had Maria ask her High Self why she chose to go through such a traumatic incarnation in her past life. The answer was that the holocaust was manifested to teach mankind about its dark side once and for all, and that she and a group of evolved souls had volunteered for the role as the victims out of unconditional love for mankind. Than we asked about the reptilian being. Her High Self answered that Maria was an extraterrestrial soul from the Sirius star system. The lizard that came in her nightly visions, that was frightening Maria so badly that she did not want to go to sleep, was actually her people coming on the subtle planes to give her support and guidance.

Dear reader, if you think that this is far out, it gets better, because Maria's High Self dropped another bomb, stating that Maria was a "walk in". The soul of the "new Maria" had come in at "old Maria's" last and severest suicide attempt at age eighteen. The memories of the holocaust from the past incarnation, as well as the childhood memories of this life, came with the emotional package of the host, the "old Maria". The strong low density vibration of her negative emotional memories had been a big burden for the new soul,
which was not used to so much negativity.

By now we where about more than an hour into the regression and our life force was getting low. So we got a quick outline of Marias general life mission from her High Self, and ended the trance. While discussing the experience afterwards, Maria admitted that at age eighteen she had her severest suicide attempts. Seeing the scars where she had sliced her arms was very disturbing. This must have been the time when the new Maria came in to take over, because her life had taken a turn for the better from then on.

The effect of this sessions was obvious. Maria's gray face had a pink glow, the morbid vibe was gone and was replaced by a bubbly joy for life. Maria just talked to her High Self for the first time in her life, had experienced dying, got rid of lots of emotional junk, got in touch with her extraterrestrial spirit guides, and has now a rough overview of her life's purpose.

Not bad for two hours of work I thought. This must be the accelerated times we live in, for without fasting, harsh drugs, extensive psychoanalysis, so much had been realized. The seekers of old had to perform many austerities to get their visions and healing. Is this spiritual fast food or are we just blessed?
